“Excellent service, will definitely recommend to my friends. With a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach, the techs first look for the most probable cause of defect, only changing parts when required and after preliminary maintenance has been done. I could tell the tech in charge of our repairs knew what he was doing, and when he said “I don’t think we’ll need to change the part, this is probably the reason for the defect” he turned out to be right. I called them for both a dishwasher and a dryer. In both cases no change of parts were required. Prices for the service were fair, and I have a feeling the same is true for parts (although I didn’t end up requiring any parts, the quote corresponded to public prices, no surcharge despite the fact they had the parts in stock in the truck).
